  All Day Benefit for Dylan Jones   19 year old Dylan Jones was recently diagnosed with a Glioblastoma brain tumor. Though Dylan has undergone surgical procedures to remove the tumor, he is now on a long road to recovery which includes chemo and radiation treatments. The event will be held at the Long Branch Saloon with a $5.00 cover charge. You must be 21. The event begins at 10 pm. Kenny Jones will be performing.
 
  10:00AM 4:00PM Hoagie/Salad Sale   On Thursday, February 21st the Oldtown VFD Auxiliary will hold a hoagie/salad sale. Orders should be placed with any member of the Department or Auxiliary by Sunday, February 17th or call (301) 759-2917.
 
  7:00AM 12:00PM Sweetheart Breakfast   Fundraiser for Boy Scout Troop 42. Breakfast includes 1-2 sausage patties, scrambled eggs and all-you-can-eat pancakes. Also there is coffee, tea orange juice and milk. Held at the Frostburg United Methodist Church, 48 West Main Street. $7.00 per person and $4.00 10 and under. Free fresh flower to first 50 ladies 7am- 12 noon

  10:00AM 9:00PM Scout Show - today   This year's theme is "Scouting...Creating Tomorrow's Superheroes." The Potomac Council's annual event is held at the Country Club Mall in LaVale MD. Lots of activities for the public to enjoy - kids as well as adults. Come out and see the fun of Scouting.
 
  12:00PM 5:00PM Spaghetti Dinner   Saturday, February 16 from 12 p.m.-5 p.m. at the Frostburg Moose. Includes All You Can Eat spaghetti and meatballs, salad and bread. Adults-$6, Children under 12- $3 and Children under 3- Free. 50/50 drawing, bake sale & take-outs available. Benefits the Bobby Preston Memorial Fund.
